The Company is a pri- vitally owned Electrical Wholesaler, based in Pinetown,Kwazulu Na- tal.It is one of the larger Independent Wholesalers in the province, and ser- vices a varied customer base including Industry, Contractor and Domestic markets. The Company was estab- lished in 1993.

The cur- rent Shareholders ac- quired control of the Com- pany in October 2001. The Company (to date), has enjoyed phe- nominal growth and has the means and vision to expand and explore new markets. We are proud of the ser- vice we provide, and are confident that our quail- fied management and staff have the expertise to advise and supply a ''total electrical solution" We stock all commodities required by the Electrical Industry, and from our base in Durban, we suc- cessfully service custom- ers in a wide radius of our premises, as far as the North Coast, South Coast, and Midlands of Kwazulu Natal. We en- joy a reasonable export markets, which continues to expand.

Our operation is run from Company owned premises which provide ample space for continued ex- pansion. Specialized computer software and the latest hardware, provides daily reporting to assist with stock procurement, stock holding and Management Accounts. This has re- sulted in the Company enjoying the full support of it's Bankers and at Credit Guarantee.

The Shareholders and Directors form the man - agement of the Company, who work actively and "hands-on ",promoting the business of the com- pany everyday. Management enjoys the support of a dedicated team, and conducts the affairs of the Company on an equal and Democratic basis. Our success is a result of the team spirit that exists under the guidance of dedicated Management, and the motivation of every staff member to reach their full potential, The Company is commit- ted to seeking out and employing Previously Disadvantaged Individu- als.

Management has adopted a philosophy of promotion from within and encour- ages and assists every staff member to de- velop and progress. Spirit is maintained throughout the com- pany as a result of open communication between all levels of staff and participation by all in the social functions held by the company.

We negotiate the best prices and are members of the Buying House for Independent Wholesalers which collectively accounts for 51% of the Electrical Market in South Africa This gives us the power to obtain the best prices, which effectively is enjoyed by our customers, and through whom we are affiliated to the ECA .
